SOCIAL CONTROL. SELF-CONTROL. STRESS IS A WORLDWIDE EPIDEMIC PROBLEM.  IT IS A FAILURE TO CONTROL PERSONAL NEEDS.  DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER  CREATE STRESS.  IT IS HIGHLY INFECTIOUS!   BUT WHY BLAME AND PUNISH OTHERS FOR YOUR ANGER, PERSONAL NEEDS AND PROBLEMS?  INDEED, WHY PUNISH YOURSELF?   PERHAPS BETTER TO LEARN A NEW ... NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION - NVC ...  LANGUAGE ... IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE ...

MEDICATION- DRUGS - CAN RELIEVE STRESS - BUT THEY DO NOT HELP YOU TO CONTROL YOUR MIND AND YOUR BODY.   YOU CAN DO IT - PRACTICE CREATIVE RELAXATION EXERCISE  - CRE,  AND LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR OWN STRESS.   WHEN YOU HAVE CONTROL, YOU MAY NEED LESS OR EVEN NO MEDICATION!  

A SIMPLE APROACH FOR SOCIAL CONTROL OF ACUTE PERSONAL STRESS - STOP TALKING!  CLOSE EYES.  BREATHE VERY DEEPLY  THREE TIMES!  DRINK A VERY LARGE GLASS OF WATER ... TO RELAX MIND AND BODY.  THEN THINK ... VERY DEEPLY ... ONLY ABOUT BREATHING ... FEEL IT IN YOUR BODY ... FOR JUST 30 SECONDS.  FEEL CALM ...  IN CONTROL ...  CARRY ON ... !

OTHER APPROACHES ARE PROVIDED BELOW.  PRACTICE TO FIND OUT WHAT WORKS WELL FOR YOU ... .! 

All of these CRE applications are for Preventive Health Care with minimal medication. Print out the text and download the audio (where available) on to pc, cassette or cd for continuous replay.
