And in a moment or two I'm going to begin counting down from twenty to one . and just imagine that as you hear each number .you are slowly going down the steps .one step at a time . and you become more relaxed with each step that you take . and in the pauses between the numbers of the steps .I want you to think of a suggestion . for yourself a suggestion such as .every day in every way with DOTS HEALING I am getting better and better .as each day passes .my confidence increases .I am feeling better I can reach my goal to be completely healed and whatever suggestions you have already thought about think of them as you go down the steps now *Twenty and you begin to go down as you take you first step think of a suggestion . nineteen .. and you think of something . eighteen feeling so peaceful now .seventeen and you think of your goal sixteen think of the way you want to be the way you want to feel fifteen .going down slowly now the steps to success fourteen you are becoming master of yourself thirteen nothing can change you from your new course . twelve going down easily now slowly eleven .each number that I count relaxes you more Ten and you are halfway down and think every day in every way with DOTS HEALING I am getting better and better nine eight . you are learning to face reality .seven .deeper and deeper now you have no need for your past fears .six . five you can forgive yourself for past mistake ands sins . and begin to heal .four deeper and deeper now .three two one all the way down now down to a very deep level of peace and comfort just allow my words to drift into your mind and a new confidence can begin to move through you as everything begins to slow down .just let this peaceful sensation move slowly through your mind . You see .
